Recycling for Education Program
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to a new school year! As your PTF Recycling for Education Coordinators, we would like to share some exciting opportunities to recycle items that result in benefits for our children. At Northshore, we want our children to learn the importance of recycling for a better environment while helping the school earn books, PE and playground equipment, musical instruments, and much more!
The children are doing an amazing job recycling in the lunchroom, and they are learning about all the ways these items are being reused to make new products. Here are some things you can do at home as a family.
Just send in the items below in a grocery or Ziploc bag to school with your child and we will do the rest. Don't forget to put your child's name and teacher's name on the Ziploc, and we will make sure you get it back to you for reuse.
